When I met with Erin at the first house that she showed me, I decided this is the house that I wanted to buy. Apparently, selecting the house was very easy for me. Sure enough, the difficulties came after getting the house under contract. My loan was not so easy in a way, and it made all of us very nervous and concerned. Erin was very positive and optimistic about the whole thing. She was working closely with my lender, and was making sure that I submitted all required documents. At the same time, she was helping me understand how to handle this kind of situation. We had to close on time, since the seller would not give us an extension. I still remember both of us sitting at the closing table, patiently waiting for the lender to fund the loan to the seller on the closing date. 02/10/2017 - Bluesky Bought and sold a home in 2014 in Saint George Island, Eastpoint, FL 32328. We met Erin through a local business owner's recommendation, while we were on a vacation in Orlando. She worked with us remotely, as we live in the NJ area. During the showings, she patiently took a lot of photos and videos to help us picture the floor plan and house condition. It was a very long process, but we eventually chose an investment property in our favorite subdivision in East Orlando. The home inspection and closing process was very quick and efficient. Our tight schedule made it so hard for house viewing appointments, and we had specific needs and requirements for the house we would buy. Erin managed to schedule the viewing very efficiently that we were able to look at 6 houses in 2 days. And then when we saw a house we really liked just posted in the middle of the night on a Saturday, I texted Erin, hoping to be able to see it on Monday.
